Heavyweight table saws

Heavyweight table saws cover a large area and are no longer suitable for home woodworking, but they are the first choice for woodworking workshops with a large area. At first glance, they are durable. The configuration is even more dizzying, weighing more than 200kg, using single-phase 220V, 2.2KW or three-phase AC motors. The motor drives the moving spindle via two belts or three pulleys. The trunnion is installed at the bottom of the table saw cabinet instead of the top. This design makes it easier to adjust the parallelism of the saw blade and tilt, which is conducive to the parallelism of the blade and the backing. The trunnion is heavy for the leaner, made of cast iron, the arbor assembly is heavier than a middle-weight saw, and the bearing is much stronger. These designs allow table saws to operate in a high-intensity work environment. The weight of up to 200 kg or more looks as stable as Mount Tai. The high price makes the precision of the saw blade within a few filaments (one hundredth of 1 mm is a filament), and the cut wood can be regarded as a work of art.
